People talk about stepping outside their comfort zone like it’s stepping into the Twilight Zone, a mysterious place no one dares to voyage to on their own. However, the problem with this thinking is that it keeps us safe and that’s not always a good thing.

Being comfortable is fine, but allowing complacency to take over is never good. Comfort feels nice because it brings a sense of familiarity and calm, but it hinders are curiosity and ability to try new things. If you want to change your life, experience new things and break new boundaries, you must step out of your comfort zone from time to time.
